In the image above, we’ve turned off the gridlines to make the sheet easier to read and less cluttered. However, if you prefer to keep the gridlines on, you can modify their color and thickness to make them less distracting.

To remove cell outlines, select the cell or group of cells you want to modify and navigate to the “Borders” section of the “Home” tab. As you can see in the image above, we’ve removed the cell outlines from a group of cells to make it easier to read the data without the distraction of surrounding lines.
